Vitis Technologies, a leading managed services provider delivering comprehensive IT, cybersecurity, and collaboration solutions to small- and mid-sized businesses, partnered with Magnet to completely reimagine their website. Their previous site didn’t reflect the breadth of their services, the credibility of their certifications, or the high-touch support their team is known for. The new site needed to communicate technical expertise, emphasize security and reliability, and serve as a more effective lead-generation platform for their sales team.

Approach
We began with stakeholder interviews to understand Vitis’ differentiators — from their industry-leading response times to their certified team of specialists. We reviewed competitive MSP sites across the region, identifying opportunities to differentiate with a cleaner, more confident design and content approach.
Our content strategy focused on helping prospects quickly understand the value of partnering with Vitis: reduced downtime, strengthened security, improved productivity, and predictable IT costs. We also developed a clear service architecture so users could easily navigate from high-level overviews into detailed solution pages.

Implementation
We designed and developed the new site in Webflow, giving Vitis a flexible, easy-to-manage CMS. Key improvements included:

- A modular CMS structure allowing the Vitis team to easily update service pages, industry content, and case studies without developer help.
- SEO-optimized copywriting aligned to high-intent MSP search terms.
