We mapped existing systems, customer journeys, and sector benchmarks before locking architecture. Digitally native customers expect speed; a century-old institution cannot trade away security for it. The brief was both: an experience that feels modern and an infrastructure layer that inherits trust.
The experience layer is a responsive digital experience; the infrastructure layer integrates with legacy core banking through APIs and microservices. MFA, encryption, audit trails, and regulatory compliance were sprint-one requirements — not a post-launch patch cycle.
Marketing runs on Webflow and HubSpot. CRM flows and automation capture applications, segment by intent, and route qualified prospects so speed-to-account is a system, not a heroics problem. Application services deploy on AWS with CI/CD for controlled releases; mobile ships alongside web.
Onboarding does not end at account open. Lifecycle email and success enablement patterns keep new customers moving toward first value — statements understood, features adopted, trust reinforced — so the acquisition spike does not become a silent churn curve.
