Process Quickly, founded by a New York-based therapist, needed more than a wellness template — a brand and web application that could deliver a personalized, cognitive-behavioral-therapy experience without feeling clinical or generic. Magnet built both from the ground up: brand identity, UX architecture, and a full-stack application designed to make a genuinely therapeutic process feel engaging to use.

Discovery started with the founder’s clinical intent, not a mood board. We mapped the target audience and the emotional job the app had to do, then ran a competitor audit across existing CBT-based therapy products to see where they felt sterile or over-gamified. Wireframes and user flows came out of that research, planning the journey before a single screen got designed — and a parallel SEO audit made sure the marketing site could be found by the people who needed it, not just the app store.

That research became a messaging system: a branding sprint identified user personas and mapped the language and visual tone that would feel supportive rather than diagnostic. Brand architecture turned that positioning into an identity system, and mood boards and storyboards translated it into a visual narrative before development started, so the aesthetic served the therapeutic goal instead of decorating around it.

The digital experience shipped as full-stack development on top of those wireframed flows, with custom illustration and graphic design carrying the brand’s warmth into every screen. Creative storytelling showed up as motion design tuned for engagement and interactivity — small, considered animation that makes a CBT exercise feel alive without turning therapy into a game. A scalable design system kept every future feature consistent without a rebuild each time.

Content built for the app’s launch was informative by design, addressing the specific needs and pain points of people looking for a CBT-based tool — not generic wellness copy. Paired with the SEO groundwork from discovery, that content gave Process Quickly an organic path to the audience it was built for, instead of relying on paid acquisition alone.
