TruBlue Total House Care operates 50+ franchise locations — each needing local presence, lead capture, and brand consistency from corporate. Magnet built a franchise platform on Laravel, Nuxt/Vue, and Sanity: location management, localized profiles, and centralized brand control. Three months in: more users, more pageviews, longer sessions.
A single static site cannot serve franchisees who need local SEO, territory content, and lead routing without breaking brand standards. We architected Laravel services, a Nuxt/Vue frontend, and Sanity as the editorial layer — owners manage profiles and inquiries from one dashboard instead of emailing corporate for every update.
That platform is a digital experience at franchise scale: centralized brand control with local flexibility. Illustration, iconography, and palette extended existing brand cues into a clean UI suited to in-home services — trust first, lead form second.
A full SEO audit drove new templates and IA. Local pages earn visibility where homeowners search — search marketing as multi-location infrastructure, not a single homepage bet. CRM flows and automation route inquiries to the right franchise without manual triage.
Franchise success depends on owners who can operate without waiting on corporate. Success enablement patterns show up in the product: clear tools, localized profiles, and lead handling that shortens time-to-value for each location.
Three months after launch: 30% more users, 58% more pageviews, 9% longer sessions year over year. TruBlue’s digital system finally scales with the franchise map.
