Bendu Academy needed more than a brochure — a digital front door that sells memberships, serves students, and cuts admin overhead. Magnet built a Webflow experience with Memberstack for accounts, subscriptions, and payments. Three months in: far more inquiries, far less staff time on membership tasks, strong member satisfaction, and higher organic traffic.

We audited the local martial-arts market, then designed an interface that matches Bendu’s energy and the physicality of BJJ — not a generic gym template with stock mats. Content architecture covers classes, instructors, and philosophy so a first-time visitor understands the culture before they ask about pricing.

Memberstack handles the membership layer inside Webflow: sign-up, billing, and account management without a separate portal. That is community and brand systems in practice — belonging and operations in one surface, not a brochure plus a third-party login nobody remembers.

Dynamic CMS pages, class scheduling, and a members-only resource area shipped as one digital experience. Staff stop mediating every membership task; students self-serve booking and resources. Performance and responsive navigation kept the experience credible on phones between classes.

Structured data and local SEO turned the site into a discovery engine for people searching BJJ nearby — search marketing tuned for local intent, not national vanity keywords. The gym shows up where new members actually look.

Three months post-launch: 550% more membership inquiries, 200% less staff time on membership admin, 95% member satisfaction with online booking and resources, and 60% higher organic traffic. Bendu’s digital front door finally works as hard as the mats.
