Directions Group
Research authority, rebuilt in Webflow with measurable engagement lift

Directions Group delivers business insights from Cincinnati — but service expansion outpaced the site. Magnet partnered on a visual rebrand and Webflow rebuild: sharper positioning, crisp IA, HubSpot integrations, and measurement from launch. Engaged sessions and competitive differentiation improved post-relaunch.
We worked with leadership and delivery teams to map services, proof points, and audience priorities. Competitor research showed where the category defaults to generic insight theater — and where Directions could claim sharper methodology and vertical expertise. Positioning had to be earned on the page, not asserted in a PDF.
The rebrand and site rebuild ran as one program. Brand architecture clarified how Directions shows up; Webflow gave speed to iterate on structure, color, and templates while keeping load times tight. Methodology, vertical expertise, and client outcomes moved above the fold.
HubSpot handles lead capture and nurture — CRM flows and automation so inquiries do not die in a shared inbox. GTM and GA provide attribution without operational overhead, so the team knows which services and proof pages earn engaged sessions.
B2B research buyers show up informed and pre-ranked. The site had to survive the confidence trap: clear claims, visible proof, and a next step that respects how committees actually decide. Attribution and measurement keeps that honesty after launch.
Post-launch, engaged sessions climbed and the layout communicates research authority with confidence. Directions finally looks like the firm clients already trusted in the room.
